Description
- Handling
all bookings from any channels (Eg : Telephone / Email / Website) with
promptness and efficiency.
- Managing
telephone reservations and ensuring successful conversion into revenue
- Room
reservations are created in the Opera Property Management System.
- Accuracy
of bookings inside the Opera reservation screen.
- Each
reservation must be handled with a smile, being courteous and professional.
- Reservation
traces is required to be followed up on a daily basis.
- Focused
on guests’ requirements and needs.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree
/ Diploma in Hotel Management
- Must
be conversant in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must
possess good writing skills in English
Experience
- 2
years working experience in a similar capacity in a deluxe class hotel
Skills
- Decision

Customer
Centric
Knowledge
of Opera System - Computer
skills (Eg: Microsoft Office / Opera / Delphi)
