One of the most valuable lessons from my internship at Sunway XFarms was the power of effective, adaptive communication. Promoting vegetable kits taught me to tailor messaging to different audiences, highlighting what mattered most to them. A key highlight was leading a workshop in Penang, which boosted my confidence and public speaking skills. Overall, the experience strengthened my communication and teamwork abilities.

I successfully contributed to pest and rodent control efforts, leading to healthier crops. The experience strengthened my adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and gave me the confidence to apply science in practical ways beyond the lab.
