I started as Process Improvement Specialist in Sunway Finance Shared Services Center when I joined Sunway. Later, Sunway offered me a position as Robotic Cognitive Automation Specialist, which leverage on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline and automate processes. I was given high-quality training in Robotic Process Automation and automation technologies. And I was given exposure to diverse projects across different industries within Sunway Group. This allowed me to gain valuable insights into various business sectors and understand how technology solves industry-specific challenges. I am grateful for the supportive environment and learning opportunities provided by Sunway that enabled me to realize my full potential.

A proactive way to progress my career is to keep learning. Sunway has given various learning opportunities to me through sending me to the training programmes, seminars or skill workshops. Besides, I’m grateful for the amazing opportunity the company has given to me to take on new role for my career growth. I believe that this new role can satisfy my desire to improve on my soft skills such as leadership, time management and decision making.
