Description
Oversee all GRBG restaurant F&B and daily
operations within budget guidelines while maintaining top quality and service
standards.
Maximize sales and revenue through effective
upselling and promotion of GRBG products.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through
proactive engagement, professional service, and timely resolution of guest
issues or complaints.
Forecast, plan, and coordinate restaurant
reservations, orders, and staff scheduling in collaboration with the Kitchen
Team to ensure smooth operations.
Lead, coach, appraise, and motivate the GRBG service
team; ensure proper delegation, accountability, and effective communication.
Develop and execute monthly service training plans;
ensure team members possess the necessary product knowledge and technical
skills through continuous learning and daily briefings.
Promote teamwork, open communication, and ownership
among team members to enhance morale and productivity.
Ensure full compliance with GRBG SOPs, Food Safety
Management System (FSMS), Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), and
security regulations.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and
discipline to maintain professional standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and order in all restaurant
areas; oversee regular equipment maintenance and follow up on repair
requests.
Manage inventory and par levels of operating
supplies, including food, beverages, and collateral.
Prepare and review monthly forecasts for covers,
revenue, and labor costs; monitor Profit & Loss performance and implement
corrective actions for cost control and sales growth.
Carry out all supervisory duties in accordance with
hotel policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum
SPM or Diploma in Hotel Management
Additional
certifications in Food & Beverage Management or Leadership will be an
advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years working experience as Restaurants Supervisor, Banquet operations, In-Room
Service/ Butler Service
Proven
experience in leading a service team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Strong
background in guest service excellence and handling guest feedback professionally.
Skills
Computer
– literacy Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.
Strong
planning and organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
A
good listener with genuine care and empathy for guests and team members.
Passionate,
quality-driven, and guest-centric with attention to detail.
Friendly
yet firm leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach the team
effectively.
Knowledge
of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and Occupational Safety & Health
(OSH) practices.
Able
to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service
standards.
