
FINANCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Description
- Maintain full
set of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and
internal policies.
- Execute monthly,
quarterly, and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal
entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Perform monthly
banks & partners reconciliation, ensuring
timely investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Process payments
and collections in compliance with established procedures and internal
controls.
- Prepare financial
reports, schedules, and supporting analysis, including variance analysis
for management review.
- Coordinate with Finance Shared Service Centre and
Group Finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting deliverables.
- Support internal and external audit processes,
including preparation of audit schedules and relevant documentation.
- Ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements, MFRS, and internal control
frameworks.
- Any
other ad hoc task as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
related discipline.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant working
experience, preferably with an audit background.
- Strong
understanding of accounting principles and applicable financial reporting
standards (MFRS).
- High level
of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
effectively.
- Ability to work
independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity
with the fintech or financial services industry would be an added
advantage.
- Willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
