Description
Monitor
showroom performance and ROI achievement for in-house brand customers by
tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance metrics to
ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct data analysis to support the sales team in
improving sales performance through identifying trends, customer behaviors,
opportunities, and actionable insights.
Prepare
monthly sales and performance reports, including analysis of declining
sales accounts, root cause identification, and recommendations for improvement
and business growth opportunities.
Develop
and maintain accurate reporting dashboards, customer databases, and tracking
systems to monitor showroom setup progress, sales targets, and overall
account performance.
Perform
regular data validation and audit checks to ensure data accuracy,
consistency, and reporting integrity across all sales and marketing channels.
Collaborate
closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize resource allocation, improve
operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making through data-driven
insights.
Conduct
market visits and customer engagements to understand market trends,
competitor activities, customer feedback, and commercial opportunities to
support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive
records of customer interactions, market intelligence, and performance analysis
to facilitate continuous business improvement and long-term growth planning.
Requirements
Diploma/
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration,
Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
Preferable 1 year of
working experience in sales analysis, business analytics, commercial support,
market intelligence, or related functions.
Fresh graduates with
strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Power BI are
encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft
Excel, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting
functions.
Knowledge of Power BI or
other reporting/dashboard tools will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to
detail with high accuracy in data handling, reporting, and record management.
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with sales and
cross-functional teams.
Independent, proactive,
and able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Possess own transport
and willing to travel for customer visits and market surveys when required.
Candidates
with experience in showroom management, retail channels, or distribution
business analysis will have an added advantage.
